Aggressor Adventures announces Operations Department leadership updates

Aggressor Adventures has announced some key leadership updates within its Operations Department following the recent appointment of Jay Roberts as Chief Executive Officer and the retirement of longtime Vice President of Operations, Larry Speaker.

After years of dedicated service, Larry Speaker is stepping away from Aggressor Adventures, leaving behind a lasting impact on Aggressor’s global operations and fleet management.

Speaker’s leadership has played a significant role in shaping the company’s operational standards and long-term success.

‘Larry has been an integral part of Aggressor Adventures for many years,’ said Jay Roberts, CEO of Aggressor Adventures.

As part of the departmental transition, Aggressor Adventures has appointed David Carl as Director of Operations, a seasoned departmental leader who will oversee day-to-day operations while continuing to strengthen the company’s commitment to safety, service, and consistency across its destinations.

Other new appointments include Justin Brown, an experienced and valued member of the team, who has been promoted from Assistant Operations Manager to Operations Manager.

Brown’s previous role will be filled by Henri Fourie, who joins the corporate team as Assistant Operations Manager, while Meaghan Baker will continue in her role as Operations Administrator, ensuring continuity and organisational strength across daily operations.
