A new partnership between Reef-World, DiveAssure and ZuBlu will earn discounts for Green Fins certified divers.
The Reef-World Foundation has announced that it will offer discounts to Green Fins certified divers through its partnerships with DiveAssure travel insurance and the ZuBlu dive travel agency.
Surveys conducted by Reef-World have found that there has been a growth in demand from divers for sustainable travel options, leading to a partnership between the three organisations to promote sustainable diving through the Green Fins Diver e-course.
The course is designed for recreational divers to build on their existing scuba diving knowledge so that they can conduct more environmentally friendly dive trips, and seek out operators that adhere to sustainability best practices.

Divers who complete the Green Fins Diver e-Course will be entitled to receive a 20 per cent discount on worldwide dive travel and accident insurance from DiveAssure; and a 5 per cent discount on more than 800 scuba diving resort and liveaboard holidays across 100 worldwide destinations from dive travel agency ZuBlu.
Reef-World will also provide a 10 per cent discount on the Green Fins Diver e-Course for all DiveAssure and ZuBlu customers and members.
Divers will receive a discount code upon completing the course in order to redeem the 20 per cent discount from DiveAssure, and will need to provide details of their course completion when booking through ZuBlu
As the Green Fins certification is only valid for two years, divers will need to make sure their certificate is up-to-date when applying.
