Scubapro launches new Level BCD

Following hot on the heels of its updated Go Travel BCD, Scubapro has launched an updated version of its front-adjustable Level BCD, with a fresh design, new silver, blue and white graphics and a raft of updated features for 2022.

The bladder is made of lightweight EndurTex high-tenacity 420 denier nylon fabric, and the jacket designed to comfortably wrap around the body. Scubapro’s updated design of its rotating quick-release shoulder buckles allows for a greater optimisation of shoulder strap routing, and the rest of the jacket’s harness is based around the traditional sternum strap and adjustable cummerbund.

The new Level BCD features the Scubapro’s tried-and-tested Super Cinch tank band with its metal clasp and buckle. The integrated weight system is similar in form to the GO with its low-profile 40mm flat buckles for quick-release, and the addition of completely new built-in trim weight pockets, each with a 2kg capacity, help distribute ballast weight for better trim.

Two large cargo pockets are included – one with metal knife-attachment grommets – and there are four D-rings and two octo pockets for clipping extra gear and storing second-stage and console hoses.
