Venture Heat has taken on the Thermalution’s heated diving undersuits with a new model of wireless controlled heated undersuit due to start shipping in the next few weeks.
Thermalution was the first brand to heated diving undersuits featuring a wireless remote control system to market, but was unfortunately closed following the owner’s death earlier this year. Production and distribution has been taken on by Venture Heat, a US-based heated clothing specialist which has been producing heated garments for diving, motorcycling and outdoors activity for more than 20 years.
The new partnership will see Venture Heat products distributed in Europe under the name Venture Heat Europe by Sea & Sea Benelux BV, the same company responisble for the distribution of Sea & Sea underwater photography products in Europe.
The announcement comes with a new model of heated undersuit, the Venture Heat D616A 32W Heated Diving Undersuit PRO.
The new undersuit features 16W heating elements front and rear, with a wireless, vibrating control with three levels of heating powered by a 5.2Ah (57.72Wh) Li-ion battery. Run-time is stated at between 90-360 minutes, depending on heat setting, and the suit is rated to 100m/300ft.

The new suit is expected to ship before the end of November 2022, and will be available in sizes XS-3XL, RRP £895.50.
